Sketchbooks and Science

The students at Paradise are continuing to learn about plants and how they grow in their Science class with their amazing teachers, Majeda, Sam, Natalie, and Katie. Today, Katie surprised the kids with a fun science project - sprouting a potato in water! Students used toothpicks to suspend a section of the potato above water. They placed their experiments outside and used their sketchbooks to document their observations. Over the next couple of weeks, our young scientists and artists will use their sketchbooks to draw any changes they see in their potato plant.
